Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries via phone and online

• Promote parts information effectively to customers

• Oversee stock handling and warehousing processes

• Identify, order, and catalog parts accurately

• Maintain a pleasant telephone manner for customer interactions

Requirements:

• Experience with Ford parts preferred

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• Collaborative mindset in a team-oriented setting

• Proficiency in computer systems

• Additional automotive experience or Red Seal Certificate a plus
