In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments to ensure a smooth workflow. Your organizational skills will help maintain an efficient reception area as you assist families in making the best choices for their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and their pets daily

• Answer incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling

• Collect and update client and patient data

• Process payments and oversee financial transactions

• Ensure a clean and organized reception area
