Fleetworthy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build strong customer relationships across phone, live chat, and email. You will deliver professional, friendly, and solutions-focused support while handling inquiries about billing and product features.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, are organized, and can work across multiple channels. Salesforce and MS Office experience are a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
