• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Book and schedule equipment rentals
• Help customers choose the right equipment for their projects
• Prepare rental agreements and paperwork
• Respond to email and online inquiries
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Follow up on rentals and returns
• Support daily office operations (receiving pallets and packages)

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Experience No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person.
