In the Guest Services Representative role, you will interact with customers and tenants, assisting them with various services at the property. Your duties will include managing the gift card program, handling lost and found inquiries, and registering customers for additional rooms. Providing accurate information to shoppers and responding to communications will also be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to customers and tenants

• Assist in administering the gift card program

• Manage lost and found inquiries

• Direct shoppers and respond to inquiries

• Maintain organized information brochures

Requirements:

• Completed or pursuing a Secondary School diploma

• Minimum 1 year in customer service position

• Skills in Microsoft Office are beneficial

• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications an asset

• Willingness to learn about Health & Safety procedures
