Specifics about the role

  • Schedule:

    There will be 2 evening shifts per week (Wednesday and Thursday)

What you’ll do
  • Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
  • Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
  • Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
  • Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
  • Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
  • Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service
What you’ll bring to the role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical clinic environment
  • Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
  • Proficiency ABELDent is an asset
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Friendly, skilled demeanor with a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
