Position: Instructor for Refrigeration Mechanics
Become an influential educator at Lethbridge Polytechnic as a full-time Instructor in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanics.

Your role includes hands-on instruction and developing curriculum while fostering student recruitment.

Lethbridge Polytechnic seeks a dedicated and organized individual for this temporary position during the  academic year, with potential for an extension. In this role, you will deliver essential lectures, manage courses, and engage with students effectively. You'll also contribute to program development and ensure students' academic progress through targeted interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver course curriculum and lectures

• Manage classroom schedules and student recruitment initiatives

• Track and support student performance

• Update and maintain instructional content

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide essential reports

Requirements:

• Alberta Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning certification

• Minimum five years of industry experience

• Strong diagnostic and computer skills

• Team-oriented with self-motivation

• Preferred experience in teaching or Red Seal certification
