Beginning August 27, 2026, Lethbridge School Division seeks an empathetic Educational Assistant committed to fostering student success. Ideal candidates will have experience with behavioral challenges, neurodiversity, and personalized learning strategies. You will work collaboratively with teachers to ensure all students, from Kindergarten to Grade 12, achieve their education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and adapt academic tasks for individual student needs

• Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans effectively

• Attend to students’ physical and medical needs

• Monitor and report student progress and behaviors

• Collaborate with the learning team to provide optimal support

Requirements:

• Experience with severe behavior challenges essential

• Understanding of neurodiversity including ASD, ODD, FASD

• Proven execution of Positive Behavior Support Plans preferred

• Willingness to assist with personal care and mobility

• Commitment to ongoing professional learning
