Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with academic tasks tailored to individual needs

• Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for students

• Ensure safety of students with behavioral challenges

• Provide personal care and physical assistance as required

• Collaborate with teachers to share progress and strategies

Requirements:

• Experience with severe behavior challenges is essential

• Understanding of neurodiversity and related strategies

• Relevant educational credentials required

• Background in early literacy and language acquisition is a plus

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
