Position: CARE Campus Probationary Teacher Role
Join CARE Campus as a probationary Teacher, focusing on inclusive and individualized education for students with diverse needs. This full-time position emphasizes collaborative development and monitoring of IPPs.

As part of the CARE Outreach program, the probationary teacher will start in August 2026. You will play a crucial role in fostering student development by creating a supportive, safe, and trauma-informed learning environment. Your mission will be to empower students experiencing barriers to success in conventional educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise on inclusive education initiatives

• Create and monitor Individual Program Plans (IPPs)

• Build trusting relationships with students and families

• Plan cross-curricular and flexible programs

• Collaborate with community support agencies

Requirements:

• Alberta Teaching Certification eligibility

• Minimum three years teaching experience

• Understanding of trauma-informed educational practices

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Experience in alternative educational settings
