The Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Lead Teacher will bridge the gap between educational theory and classroom application. By providing instructional coaching and leading professional development, you will encourage effective practices tailored to diverse learners. Working collaboratively within the Learning Services team, you'll lead initiatives in curriculum implementation and assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teachers through personalized support in classroom practices

• Lead training sessions on modern instructional techniques

• Collaborate on curriculum priorities and implementation strategies

• Incorporate diverse cultural perspectives into learning

• Adopt educational technology to enhance teaching methods
Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) required;
Master’s Degree preferred

• Experience with teacher leadership or coaching necessary

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

• Excellent relationship-building abilities with staff and leadership

• Active participation in a Christ-centered educational framework
