Position: Instructor for Justice Studies Polytechnic
Become an Instructor in the School of Justice Studies at Lethbridge Polytechnic. Teach and inspire students in Policing and Conservation Enforcement while developing a collaborative learning experience.
Lethbridge Polytechnic seeks applications for two term certain instructors for the period from August 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive backgrounds in either policing or conservation enforcement. You will have the opportunity to instruct specialized courses, develop curriculum, and provide support in a collaborative educational environment focused on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach specialized courses in Criminal Justice and Conservation Enforcement

• Develop assessments and instructional materials

• Engage with students to enhance retention

• Participate in instruction-related committees

• Contribute to applied research projects
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant field experience

• Previous teaching experience in a post-secondary context

• Experience in handling complex investigations and prosecutions

• Excellent communication and technology skills
