Casual Educational Assistant Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted assistance with academic tasks

• Implement and monitor Positive Behaviour Support Plans

• Support personal care and physical needs of students

• Foster trust and rapport with students and staff

• Collaborate with teachers and learning teams
Requirements:

• Experience with students with behavioral challenges

• Understanding of neurodiversity and related disabilities

• Training in Positive Behavior Support Plans

• Ability to perform personal care if required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
