Position: Dynamic Teacher for Humanities Needed
St. Francis Junior High School in Lethbridge seeks a dynamic full-time Humanities Teacher for a temporary position from August 25, 2026, to December 18, 2026. This is an impactful role in youth education.

We are searching for an individual who is passionate about teaching and engages actively within a Christ-centered environment. Emphasizing inclusion and effective classroom management are essential to helping students thrive. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with colleagues, students, and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Humanities topics and curriculum

• Establish strong classroom management practices

• Cultivate relationships with family and staff

• Participate in activities aligning with Catholic values

Requirements:

• Certification to teach in Alberta

• Strong focus on student engagement

• Experience in effective classroom management

• Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere

• Active participation in the Catholic community preferred
