Probationary Teacher at CARE Campus

Shape futures as a probationary full-time teacher at CARE Campus, commencing August 25, 2026. This role focuses on nurturing students facing barriers in learning and community engagement.

You will act as the inclusive education liaison for both CARE Campus and the Trinity Learning Centre, fostering a supportive and customized educational atmosphere. Your ability to implement individualized program plans will be essential in meeting the diverse needs of students with complex challenges. The position encourages strong collaboration with families and external agencies, ensuring a holistic approach to education rooted in compassion and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and assess Individual Program Plans (IPPs)

• Serve as the education liaison for diverse learning needs

• Offer individualized and flexible programming for students

• Engage collaboratively with families and staff

• Facilitate connections with community support resources

Requirements:

• Eligible for Alberta Teaching Certification

• At least three years of teaching background

• Strong commitment to Catholic educational values

• Understanding of trauma-informed practices essential

• Expertise in classroom management and behavioral strategies
