Position: Lead Summer Camp Programming and Staff Coordination
Take charge as a Summer Camp Coordinator, spearheading dynamic programming and staff support. Engage with camp attendants while ensuring a safe, enriching environment through effective leadership and mentoring.

In this vital role, you will collaborate with community program directors to meet strategic goals for summer activities. Overseeing daily operations, the position includes coaching and evaluating staff, alongside resolving camp-related issues. Your leadership will foster a positive culture among staff and volunteers, ensuring quality programming that serves youth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate age-appropriate summer camp activities

• Support and evaluate summer camp staff performance

• Address and resolve camp operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Facilitate necessary training and ongoing development

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience required

• Preferred education in Kinesiology or related field

• Current First Aid and CPR-C certifications

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Clear Police and Child Intervention Checks
