Position: Instructor for Industrial Mechanics Program
Join Lethbridge Polytechnic as an Industrial Mechanic Instructor, focusing on developing and delivering vital instructional content for the  academic term. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about teaching and mentoring budding mechanics.

As part of the Centre for Trades and Technologies, you will be responsible for both the theoretical and practical aspects of instruction. You'll engage students in various essential program areas, including lectures and labs.

Your role will also involve curriculum maintenance and ensuring students stay on track towards success while building a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and finalize curriculum for the upcoming program

• Conduct lectures, lab sessions, and assessments

• Facilitate student recruitment and program promotion

• Monitor student progress and intervene as necessary

• Develop content and ensure ongoing course updates

Requirements:

• Hold Alberta Journeyman Industrial Mechanic Certification

• At least five years of relevant industry experience

• Skilled in word processing and data management tools

• Positive attitude towards teamwork

• Teaching experience considered a valuable asset
