Lethbridge Campus Student Recruitment Officer

Engage with future students as a full-time Student Recruitment Officer at the University of Lethbridge. Drive outreach initiatives across Canada and foster strong relationships with prospective students and families.

This full-time temporary position lasts 18 months and is essential for the Student Enrolment & Registrar Services team. You will travel extensively to high schools, community events, and post-secondary fairs. Key responsibilities include delivering impactful presentations, managing a regional recruitment portfolio, and supporting prospective students through their educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent ULethbridge at various recruitment events

• Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences

• Manage regional recruitment portfolio effectively

• Coordinate travel and outreach plans across Canada

• Assist with on-campus events and tours

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Knowledge of the Canadian post-secondary education system

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with recent motor vehicle record

• Self-motivated and adaptable mindset
