Position: Insurance Facilitator at Ballad Group
Empower individuals seeking meaningful employment in insurance with Ballad Group as an Insurance Facilitator in Lethbridge. Lead the Professional Insurance Careers program with innovative approaches and support.

In this in-person role, you will guide unemployed individuals through significant skills training in the insurance field. At Ballad Group, we take pride in our values of accountability and collaboration while changing lives. You’ll be instrumental in utilizing diverse teaching methods to ensure all participants succeed in their insurance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and track individual program evaluations

• Teach Professional Insurance Careers materials effectively

• Assess needs of potential participants and modify programs

• Collaborate with the Senior Program Supervisor on participant progress

• Maintain professional industry contacts for enriching experiences

Requirements:

• Relevant insurance credentials (GLQP, CAIB, or CIP)

• 2 to 4 years of insurance industry experience

• Proven skills in leading groups to success

• Public speaking skills in formal settings

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
