Position: Instructor for Powerline Apprenticeship Program
Join Lethbridge Polytechnic as a full-time instructor in the Powerline Apprenticeship program. Inspire students through practical learning experiences in a vibrant educational environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include instructing various elements of the program and developing engaging course content. You will also track student progress, handle inquiries, and assist in recruitment efforts. Building relationships with key partners and managing administrative tasks are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach critical portions of the Powerline Apprenticeship

• Develop ongoing course content updates

• Monitor and facilitate student progress

• Address inquiries in person and online

• Facilitate program recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

• Journeyman Red Seal Powerline Technician with 5 years of experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational capabilities

• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
