Palliser School Division is searching for Casual Educational Assistants to help facilitate a safe and inclusive environment across its schools. As an Educational Assistant, you will support students’ learning experiences through personal care, behavior management, and assisting teachers in classroom settings.

Your role is vital in promoting collaboration within the educational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with both academic and personal tasks

• Support teachers and counselors in student management

• Engage with students to help build trust and rapport

• Manage behavior and provide necessary personal care

• Contribute to team efforts to positively impact student learning

Requirements:

• Experience with emotional and behavioral disabilities is preferred

• Must possess patience and flexibility in challenges

• Criminal Record Check is mandatory

• Presentation of Government-issued  SIN is essential

• Provide a minimum of three professional references
