STEM Project Facilitator Polytechnic

Ignite enthusiasm for STEM education as a Project Facilitator at Lethbridge Polytechnic. This full-time role focuses on K-12 curriculum integration, creating hands-on learning tools for young students.

As a STEM Project Facilitator, you'll collaborate with educational professionals to develop engaging resources connecting science and math to the skilled trades. Responsibilities include designing lessons, leading activities across Alberta, and collecting feedback to enhance project deliverables. You'll play a crucial role in supporting K-12 educators and enhancing students' understanding of math and science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and document collaborative sessions with teachers and faculty

• Design curriculum-aligned lessons for K-12 educational standards

• Coordinate in-class and on-campus STEM activities province wide

• Create presentations for conferences and professional development

• Collect feedback and analyze data for project impact

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Education with Math or Science specialization

• Significant experience in K-12 teaching, math, or science

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and hands-on

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
