Substitute Teacher

Position: Immediate Substitute Teacher Openings
Division Schools is on the lookout for committed substitute teachers who can inspire students in a Christ-centered setting. These positions are available for certified educators in Alberta.

Immediate openings are available for substitute teachers under the ATA collective agreement. If you are passionate about youth education and engaged in your faith, your application will be highly regarded. Candidates should be able to furnish necessary documents as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning by following prepared lesson plans

• Encourage student participation and support

• Create an inclusive classroom experience

• Ensure compliance with school standards and policies

• Provide all required documentation for hiring

Requirements:

• Certification from Alberta as a teacher

• Advocacy for students' learning and well-being

• Involvement in a Christ-centered work culture

• Completion of application criteria and reference checks

• Active communication with previous employers
