Temporary Library Clerk St. Patrick School

Be part of St. Patrick Fine Arts School as a temporary Library Clerk, working 15 hours weekly in Lethbridge. Support students and teachers while managing library resources and maintaining confidentiality.

This role under the principal's direction requires the successful applicant to process library materials and assist both students and educators in utilizing library resources effectively. The assignment starts immediately and concludes on December 18, 2026, and is governed by the CUPE 1825 Support Staff agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new library resources efficiently

• Assist students and teachers in resource usage

• Supervise students during library time

• Uphold confidentiality for all library interactions

• Collaborate on tasks assigned by the principal

Requirements:

• Two years' experience in a library setting

• Experience working with students in educational environments

• Knowledge of library software and applications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
