Pipeline Operations Supervisor

Lead pipeline operations with a major utility operator in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Supervisor role focuses on operational leadership and compliance for high-pressure natural gas systems. As a Pipeline Site Supervisor, you’ll coordinate maintenance and construction activities throughout Alberta while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. This position requires a solid operational background and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and field personnel, to ensure successful project execution.

• Provide leadership during pipeline maintenance and construction activities
• Oversee pipeline isolations and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Participate in job assessments and operational planning meetings
• Monitor critical activity conditions and respond to changes

• 10+ years in oil and gas or pipeline operations
• Experience supervising high-pressure natural gas projects
• Strong knowledge of pipeline compliance and safety practices
• Valid safety certifications: H₂S Alive, First Aid, CSTS/CSO
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
