We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and customer-focused Service Engineer – System Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrated system solutions at client sites. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong technical foundation, a passion for solving problems at their root cause, and a genuine commitment to supporting customers with professionalism, flexibility, and urgency to keep equipment running reliably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission integrated system solutions (hardware and software) at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting and fault resolution, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing root causes.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train end-users and develop clear technical documentation and service reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend service enhancements or upgrades that benefit the customer.
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency, including willingness to work beyond normal working hours to minimize downtime and restore equipment functionality.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a service or technical support role, ideally in system integration, automation, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of automation systems, sensor solutions, PLCs, SCADA, or embedded systems (depending on industry focus).
  • Hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a mindset for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills, with a proactive and empathetic attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, work on‑site at customer locations, and occasionally support outside of normal working hours to ensure customer systems remain functional.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in system integration for manufacturing, logistics, or IT infrastructure environments is preferred.
  • Some familiarity with robotics, motion control, or vision systems.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies and IIoT solutions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to going the extra mile to restore critical equipment and minimize customer disruption.
