Internship Program Overview:Our Interns are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. As an intern at GF, you will experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.
ProjectTitle:
Defect Detection Enhancement (Lithography)
Project Objective:This project aims to inline macro scan to detect anomalies and predict potential tool failure that will translate to quality issues
Project Outcome:In this project, the intern would gain real-world experience a world class manufacturing Wafer Fab. In addition, the intern would gain experience in using Arduino coding to develop and deploy data collection points and using data visualization software to intercept potential hardware failure for equipment robustness improvements.
- Assist on equipment data analysis/testing
- Usage of tool raw data mining and analyzing data's through a defined duration
- Identify opportunities to enhance the capability in faults/alarm/predictive maintenance with equipment interlock
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any other related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Automate) C/C++ based / Simplified Syntax / Visual Studio Code
