ProjectTitle
Data Tracking Workflow Optimization
Project ObjectiveThis project focuses on developing quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, analyzing insights, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes. As part of this effort, the intern will develop a script that automatically sends reminders to follow up with vendors if more than six hours have passed since tapeout completion.
Project Outcome- Learn web technologies and how to implement and manage databases
- Learn and apply the web automation (eg. Programming skills including tcl/tk/Python/HTML, mySQL)
- Skilled in project management, effective teamwork, and delivering clear, engaging presentations
- Build an intelligent alert system that improves follow-up compliance through automated reminders and real-time alerts
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations
- Develop a script that automatically sends reminders to follow up with vendors if more than six hours have passed since tapeout completion.
Identify key qualification and build the prototype within first 4 weeks Validation & Calibration (10-12 weeks) Deployment: UAT and Roll Out the script (Final 4 weeks)
Other ResponsibilitiesPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements,and programs.
Required QualificationsActively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering or any other related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
Preferred QualificationsHave knowledge on programming (tcl/tk/python/HTML/mySQL)
