Position: Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor / 12 hour shift)

Working hours

12-hour rotating shift (work day pattern to be advised again)

Tampines or Woodlands

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repair works on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
  • Support and lead maintenance-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technical improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and process capability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to strengthen team competency.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of maintenance procedures, documentation, and best practices.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Triple E (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or any related Engineering field
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or engineering support.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. (Shift allowance provided)
  • Willing to perform overtime when required to support operational needs. (OT pay provided)
