Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications).

• Option 1:
  Fixed Day Shift
  • 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Fixed 5‑day week (Sun–Thu OR Tue–Sat)
  • No night shifts; OT available until 9:30 PM or on rest days.
• Option 2:
  Rotating 12‑Hour Shifts
  • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM / 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • 3‑4‑4‑3 pattern (Average 15 work days per month).

• Operate and monitor advanced Fab equipment (Etch, Deposition, and Lithography).
• Execute wafer loading/unloading tasks strictly according to SOPs.
• Perform routine equipment checks and escape technical faults to the Engineering team.
• Maintain high-standard cleanroom protocols and update production system logs accurately.

• Education:
  
  NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Prior experience with TEL or Kokusai equipment is highly preferred.
• Physical/Environment:
  Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear a full‑body jumpsuit for the duration of the shift.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a semiconductor fab or wafer‑handling environment is a significant advantage.
