Full Time | $90,000 - $95,000 per year | 42.5 hrs./week - In-Person

We are seeking a hands‑on Engineering Project Manager to lead our engineering team and projects, improve processes, and help support the company’s continued growth. This is not a purely administrative role; we are looking for someone who can lead projects, solve problems, work closely with production, and balance technical problem‑solving with strong project execution and organizational leadership.

• Lead engineering projects from concept through production and implementation.
• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Develop and manage timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate activities across departments, including production, purchasing, service, and leadership.
• Help develop engineering standards, processes, and documentation practices.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and priorities to management.
• Improve product manufacturability and production efficiency.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical and quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers regarding technical specifications and component selection.

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, assembly, and product development.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Zo-Ho.
• Experience managing engineering projects and timelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Experience with thermal dynamics (an asset).
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication (required).
• P.Eng designation considered an asset.
• ERP and BOM management experience.
• Solid Works software proficiency.
• Experience with root cause analysis, manufacturing process, and technical documentation.

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a half‑hour unpaid lunch.
