Field Services Environmental Specialist Position

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Environmental Specialist for Field Services in Ontario. This role focuses on hazardous waste disposal management, ensuring compliance with numerous regulations.

As an Environmental Specialist, you'll be key in supporting clients on-site by managing hazardous waste services. Your expertise in both Provincial and Federal regulations will be crucial as you prepare waste for shipment and ensure safe handling practices. This position requires strong communication skills for effective client interactions and a dedication to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hazardous waste disposal services for clients

• Prepare chemical waste for safe disposal

• Operate vehicles to transport hazardous materials

• Conduct EHS audits and respond to spills

• Assist at municipal Household Hazardous Waste events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in environmental science

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team player with analytical problem-solving abilities

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transport

• Must lift up to 60 pounds regularly
