Intermediate Engineer - Electrical Design

Englobe is hiring an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to enhance projects across various sectors, including renewable energy and municipal infrastructure. Collaborate on innovative designs and advocate for environmental sustainability.
This pivotal role requires you to lead electrical engineering initiatives within a team dedicated to tackling environmental challenges. You will be involved in detailed design processes, documentation, and dynamic project management, focusing primarily on water treatment systems. Your expertise will help drive the success of projects that benefit communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive electrical design efforts for Municipal Electric initiatives

• Develop comprehensive design documents including calculations

• Design systems up to 750V

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate projects

• Conduct assessments and verify design compliance on-site
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

• Must be registered with APEGA or ASET

• Required P.Eng or P.Tech.(Eng.) certification

• Strong proficiency in Canadian Electrical Code and relevant standards
