Position: Mechanical Engineering Project Manager Role
Drive impactful engineering initiatives at Nestlé Canada as a Senior Project Manager in Mechanical Engineering. Lead complex capital projects that sustain manufacturing excellence and compliance in London, ON.

In this key position, you will oversee large-scale, high-value engineering endeavors from start to finish.

Your role involves technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. With a focus on project governance and risk management, you’ll engage multiple cross-functional teams to achieve Nestlé’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex capital investment projects from feasibility to close-out.

• Develop project requirements and secure funding approvals.

• Manage engineering design through Early Management / TPM methodologies.

• Proactively resolve project conflicts and manage risks.

• Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation preferred.

• 8+ years in project management within regulated industries.

• Proven success in managing complex projects in live environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems.
