In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and utilities at McCain’s Coaldale complex. Reporting to the Plant Managers, you will utilize your engineering expertise to manage operational processes, optimize systems, and lead a committed team. Your leadership will be essential in implementing McCain Driving Impact and Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and review of equipment systems

• Oversee capital project management to meet objectives

• Conduct evaluations and mentorship for supervisory staff

• Interface with project engineers for scope definition

• Prepare project documentation and reports
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is essential

• Professional Engineering License is a must

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience

• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate large teams efficiently
