In this vital role within our Lethbridge team, you will oversee diverse projects, ensuring they meet municipal and provincial standards. Your 10+ years of engineering expertise will drive critical initiatives including stormwater management and roadway design. Collaborating with various teams, you will also create and refine essential engineering reports and engage stakeholders to secure smooth project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from concept through construction

• Ensure compliance on engineering drawings and reports

• Champion sustainable design principles across projects

• Mentor techs and engineers for team success

• Engage clients and maintain regulatory relationships

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in land development engineering

• Civil Engineering degree and Alberta P.Eng. registration

• Proficient in technical writing and Civil 3D

• Strong understanding of municipal standards and processes

• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving capabilities
