Position: Lethbridge Power Engineering Supervisor Needed
Step into a full-time Power Engineering Supervisor role at an Agricultural Seed Crushing & Processing Plant in Lethbridge, Alberta. Lead plant utility operations and maintenance initiatives.

Candidates must hold a 2nd Class Power Engineering Certification or a 3rd Class certification in progress. You should have at least three years of experience in power engineering within a manufacturing context, along with proven leadership capabilities. Familiarity with budget management and capital projects is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute routine maintenance and shutdowns

• Oversee capital project management

• Supervise maintenance team and operations

• Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines

• Manage plant utility systems effectively

Requirements:

• Valid 2nd Class Power Engineering Certification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in budgeting for projects

• Previous supervisory experience in agricultural processing

• Knowledge of manufacturing environments preferred
