Intermediate Electrical Engineer

Tetranex Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to enhance its Lethbridge team. This full-time role offers the chance to engage in diverse engineering projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager in Calgary. Your responsibilities will include specifying electrical equipment, performing power system studies, and creating comprehensive electrical documentation. Collaborate with mechanical engineers while supporting junior team members and leading small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specify and support electrical equipment procurement

• Perform power system studies using ETAP and SKM Tools

• Prepare equipment lists and load calculations

• Produce single line diagrams for power systems

• Lead electrical design efforts on projects

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of EPC environment experience

• Electrical Engineering Degree required

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills in English
