Stantec's Infrastructure team is seeking a talented Traffic Planning and Traffic Engineering Lead to enhance our practice across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. In this key position, you’ll be responsible for mentoring team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Your focus will be on transportation planning, engineering, and safety, while actively managing client relationships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the TPTE team in the region

• Promote technical excellence and inclusion in project delivery

• Mentor team members with career development guidance

• Manage client relationships and business development efforts

• Oversee transportation planning and safety projects across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or transportation engineering

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Professional registration preferred
