Water Infrastructure Civil Technologist

As a Civil Technologist, you will work on diverse projects such as stormwater management and sanitary sewer systems, playing a pivotal role from design to implementation. With a technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and a minimum of five years' experience, your skills in Civil 3D and project coordination will be essential. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to navigate the complexities of civil infrastructure, ensuring projects meet all regulatory and environmental requirements while guiding your team through each phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design civil infrastructure projects including watermain rehabilitation

• Create detailed design drawings using Civil 3D

• Work closely with project managers for coordination

• Provide technical advice during construction

• Develop strategies for addressing permitting challenges

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in design of civil infrastructure

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and related software

• Familiarity with design codes and industry standards

• Effective communication and project leadership skills
