YWCA Lethbridge & District is excited to once again take part in a fundraising casino at Pure Casino Lethbridge on May 11 & 12, 2026 and we need your help!

Volunteers are the heart of this event, helping ensure two successful days of gaming fun that directly support the essential programs and services we provide to our community. Your time will help sustain life-changing initiatives including Harbour House Emergency Shelter, Hestia Homes for youth, and Hope transitional housing.

Join us in making a difference while enjoying a unique, behind-the-scenes experience at the casino!

There are four key leadership volunteer roles available to sign up for:

General Manager

• Supervises all aspects of the casino and ensures it is conducted according toCasino
  
  Terms and Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTOG).
• Works closely with the casino facility games manager and alternate general manager to ensure overall success.
• Responsible forall countroom staff and ensuring procedures are followed appropriately.
• Reports to the General Manager and works closely with the General Manager and Banker.
• Oversees Count Room Sorters, Counters, and Amalgamators.

Banker

• Supervises the cash cage, documents all cash cage transactions, and ensures the security of chips and cash.
• Reports to the General Manager andis responsible for Cashiers and Chip Runners.

Cashier

• Engages with casino players and ensures transaction guidelines are followed.
• Reports to the Banker and works closely with all casino positions.

18+

• Able to pass a Records Check
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must possess standard counting skills
• Must be able to transport themselves to and from the venue location (Pure Casino Lethbridge)

Monday, May 11th, 2026 and Tuesday May 12th, 2026

Shifts:

1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. each day.
