Overview
Our client, a respected leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager of Investment Services to join their team in Vermilion, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role in investment strategy, portfolio management, and client relationship development while driving long-term financial growth and organizational success. This position is located in Vermilion, Alberta. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate.
Relocation assistance could be provided.
- Permanent, full-time position
- Hybrid – 3 days a week in office
- Salary – $80,000-$105,000
- Bonus – up to 10%

- Provide leadership and oversight to the investment services team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and grow investment portfolios to meet member needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored financial and investment advice.
- Monitor financial market trends and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and optimize returns.
- Oversee compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of investment products and services.
- Mentor, train, and support staff to foster a high-performing and client-focused culture.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field; CFA designation is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, financial advising, or related services.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound investment recommendations.
