In this role, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across several departments within the Corporate Services portfolio including Fleet Services, Facility Services, Information Technology, People & Partner Services, Legal Services, the City Clerks and the City Manager’s Office. Your expertise will help drive accountability, ensure sound financial management, and strengthen informed decision-making across the City.
About the Role:As a strategic and experienced finance leader, the Corporate Services Financial & Administration Manager provides financial direction, analysis, and oversight that strengthen how the City plans, allocates, and manages its resources. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this position plays a central role in shaping the City’s financial strategy across multiple departments within the Corporate Services Division. The role leads the coordination of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning to ensure alignment with corporate goals and fiscal accountability.
The successful candidate will deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and practical solutions to complex financial challenges. Working collaboratively across divisions, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, supporting leaders in making informed decisions that balance operational needs, community impact, and long-term sustainability.
