In this pivotal role, you will support the Financial Advisors by ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive portfolio management. Your responsibilities include preparing for client meetings, maintaining client information, and enhancing client relationships. Through effective communication and administrative support, your contributions will help facilitate business growth for ATB Wealth, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer portfolio management for ATB Wealth clients

• Organize and prepare for annual reviews and prospect meetings

• Proactively engage clients to clarify investment questions

• Coordinate client events and manage event logistics

• Ensure timely follow-up on client account requests

Requirements:

• CIRO Registration or actively pursuing certification

• Strong knowledge of wealth management practices

• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proficiency with G-suite tools and client management systems

• Relevant industry experience preferred
