Lead commercial banking in Lethbridge by developing client portfolios and tailoring financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
As Commercial Banking Manager, you will guide business clients within the Private Wealth Management & Enterprises 1859 sector. You will conduct financial statement analyses, develop financing scenarios, negotiate product terms, and identify opportunities across the Bank. The role reports to the Regional Vice-President and includes action-based learning training.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a portfolio of commercial clients
- Propose tailored solutions meeting client needs
- Conduct financial analyses and financing scenarios
- Negotiate products within profitability criteria
- Identify market opportunities and sector risks
- University certificate with seven years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
- Master's degree with three years of experience
- Business development and negotiation experience
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis
