Personal Banker Trainee in Lethbridge, Alberta, helping customers with financial advice, investment options, and personalized banking solutions.
At TD Canada Trust, this trainee role builds customer relationships through financial reviews, portfolio discussions, and advice. You will support investment and credit banking needs, answer questions, and identify solutions aligned with customers’ financial goals. Mobility within the assigned district is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
- Ask thoughtful questions to deepen customer relationships
- Provide personalized advice and address customer concerns
- Handle customer problems for frontline staff
- Prepare compliant documents reflecting business intentions
- High school diploma or one year relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field is an asset
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent is required
- Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
- Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions
Use financial planning, investment, and customer service expertise to support TD clients across the assigned district.
