This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Pharmacist position located in Lethbridge AB. The Pharmacist will oversee daily operations, manage pharmacy technicians and staff, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards of pharmacy practice. Responsibilities will include dispensing prescriptions, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of medication orders, managing inventory, providing exceptional patient care, offering consultations, and overseeing immunization services. The role requires a high level of organization, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in service delivery.

• Background in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
• Experience with supervising and managing Pharmacy Technicians
• Knowledge and skills in Immunization administration
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• A valid pharmacist license in Alberta
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively
• Previous experience as a pharmacy manager or similar role is an asset
