Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist

• Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to optimize reimbursement solutions
• Prepare and submit necessary documents to insurance companies and public funding programs
• Implement Financial Means Tests to maximize patient prescription drug coverage
• Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments and perform additional duties as needed

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service within an office setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Effective organizational and problem‑solving skills
