AHS Pharmacist: Patient-Centric Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and distribute medications safely

• Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare team discussions

• Assess and resolve drug-related issues proactively

• Train and mentor Pharmacy Assistants and students

• Validate and supervise medication compounding tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy and valid ACP registration

• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred

• At least one year of relevant experience within two years

• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
