This permanent position demands strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective team collaboration. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring a pleasant, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities of living

• Provide personal care and respond to emergency calls

• Administer medication to residents as needed

• Support housekeeping, meal prep, and recreational activities

• Complete necessary paperwork and charting promptly

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate is mandatory

• Recent satisfactory Criminal Record Check needed

• Active registration on CLHA required

• Clear communication in written and spoken English

• First Aid and Food Safety certifications are assets
